Vieques Island is located about 7 miles off the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. The easiest ways to get here are by ferry or airplane. The regular schedules are below. For more info, check out the Vieques Visitor Travel Magazine.

Always plan on arriving at least half an hour early. REMINDER: after a tough battle, we talked some common sense into the Ports Authority and lifted their unjustified ban on bikes on the passenger ferry. The fare is now $2 per person/bike and $1 per large carry-on. Don't forget a sweater for the ferry ride, they still crank the AC to -22 degrees.
